Technowears' return policy for drop-shipped products is as follows: If the product arrives non-functional, customers can return it for a full refund or replacement. If the product is not damaged but the customer wants to return it, they can do so within 2 weeks of purchase with a 20% restocking fee. If the return is made between 2-4 weeks after purchase, the restocking fee is increased to 50%. After 4 weeks, returns are not accepted.
Note that this return policy only applies to drop-shipped products and not to products shipped directly from Technowears' own inventory.
